Annual Website Licence

By procuring one or more Annual Website Licenses, You agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Annual Website Licence Usage

1. Your usage of this licence will only be deployed for public websites or applications to capture or verify address details of Your users where:
   1. Website users are not the End User's employees or concerned with the provision of services to the End User (unless acting in a personal capacity).
   2. Neither the use of the Website nor the End User's product and service offering is connected with the management of address data or data cleansing.
   3. The address capture or verification is carried out for the purpose of the receipt of products or services enabled by your public Website.
2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, IDDQD Group reserves the right to levy an additional fee if the annual quota for website usage is exceeded. This fee shall not be in excess of the difference between the purchased annual volume tier and the next suitable annual volume tier.
